We stayed at the Wild West Travel Stop RV Park for a month and couldn’t have picked a better place. The full hook-up sites are clean, spacious, and super easy to get in and out of — even with our 40’ fifth wheel. The location is unbeatable — just minutes from downtown Montrose, great bike trails, and the Black Canyon.
The staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved having quick access to fuel, snacks, and even a fresh meal at the deli right on-site. It made our stay incredibly convenient. The nearby golf course and recreation center were also great perks.
We’ve stayed at a lot of RV parks across Colorado, but Wild West Travel Stop really stood out. We’re already planning our next visit. Highly recommend for both short-term travelers and long-term stays!
